The Wallasea Research Center for Biodiversity Conservation and Climate Change at Gorontalo State University was established to undertake assessments, research, and community engagement related to challenges in sustainable environmental management, preserving biodiversity, and addressing climate change in the Wallacea region. The institution promotes fair and sustainable natural resource management for present and future generations, making them resilient and capable of avoiding the impacts of climate change.
